Our summer houses’ delivery kit generally includes:
- Impregnated base frame, floor joists and terrace boards (only if terrace is incuded)
- T&G floor boards, 26x90mm or 28x90mm, floor slats
- All wall details
- Tilt-turn windows, with drip mold, glazed, with fittings, interior and exterior slats for the window
- Doors, glazed or solid wood (depending on the model), with lock and handle, including inner and outer boundary slats
- The roof structure with T&G roof boards(18x90mm), gable end boards and eaves boards.

- Installation instructions
The kit does not include:
- Roofing materials - these can be ordered separately, either roofing felt, bitumen shingles or Onduline self-adhesing aluminium roof film
- Delivery - can be ordered separately
