Our 'Economic' series delivery-kit generally includes:
- Impregnated base frame, floor joists and terrace boards (only if terrace is included in the delivery kit)
- T&G floor boards, floor slats
- All wall details
- Tilt-turn or non-opening windows(depending on model, if the house has windows at all), with drip mold, glazed, with fittings, interior and exterior slats for the window
- Doors, glazed or solid wood (depending on the model), with lock and handle, including inner and outer boundary slats
- The roof structure with T&G roof boards, gable end boards and eaves boards.

The delivery-kit does not include:
- Roofing materials - these can be ordered separately, either roofing felt, bitumen shingles or Onduline self-adhesing aluminium roof film
